Mailing
list. We invite you to join
our mailing list. Joining our mailing list will
allow us to notify you of our new shipments, upcoming
events as well as when we add new gardening information
to the site. This mailing list will not be used in any
way, other than to provide you with occasional information
about Thyme on the Terrace.

Gift certificates.
Thyme on the Terrace has gift certificates available in
any denomination of $20 and over. Simply contact us and
we'll mail the certificate to you or to the recipient
of the gift. A perfect idea for that avid gardener who
has everything! And if that hard-to-buy-for-avid-gardener
is you, remind your family and friends that this would
be a perfect gift for you too |
| Shipping.
Shipping is an additional charge when purchasing an item.
We will provide this cost at the time of purchase. We
ship via the USPS or UPS, however, larger pieces will
be shipped using a freight company. We typically use ABF
as we have negotiated a discount which we pass directly
on to you. However if you prefer, we will gladly use a
freight company of your choosing. Cost will be determined
by location |
Terms of
payment. At present,
we accept money orders and personal checks, Visa and Mastercard.
Items will be shipped within 5 days of receipt of payment.
We will be happy to email or FAX you an invoice and you
will have the option of sending us the payment, calling
us with your credit card, or paying with your credit card
through an online and secure method. |
Sales tax.
We are required to collect sales tax on the total purchase
for any orders shipped within the state of Pennsylvania.
If you are outside of Pennsylvania you will not be charged
sales tax. |
| Returns.
If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, please
return it to Thyme on the Terrace within 60 days of the
purchase date. Please include the reason for your returnIf
your product was damaged in shipment, please contact us
immediately at 610-942-2870 for return instructions. |
Privacy
statement. When you
place an order, contact us or ask to be included on our
mailing list, please be assured that all personal information
you provide Thyme on the Terrace will be kept absolutely
private. We will not sell or provide your name, address
(postal or email), or any other personal information you
provide us to any outside companies or agencies. We take
